I don't know your opinion on white chocolate, but to me it's basically chocolate with the chocolate removed, usually sold very highly sweetened and cut with dairy (who knows why? Is cacao butter just not very tasty without all that sugar and milk? I don't know). So maybe you, if you're a fan of white chocolate?
