OMGosh @AIRIS6962 . This is absolutely amazing! I just got home from work and I've spent the last 10 minutes looking through pictures and oohhhhing and ahhing. I just now remembered I can actually DL it and see EVERYTHING. I love love love it. The brick walls are perfection in this. The loft! So cool! It's such an original look. The graffiti on the outside is a great touch. There is TONS of room for pets too. That kitchen! I think I would learn how to cook if I had that kitchen. LOL. My Sims are going to be so happy there. I'm going to DL now so I can explore more! Thank you SO much. This is wonderful!

Favorite color schemes: Dismal and grungy - this child's park needs to look like a wreck.. not haunted looking, just a park in a state of disrepair - unmaintained, unloved and in desperate need of some major TLC. A place you wouldn't let your children visit - because bad things might happen there!
Colors you dislike: Please nothing bright and cheerful. I realise the children's play equipment is brightly coloured and that is okay - but everything else, as miserable as possible.
Do you want it furnished and decorated? Yes please
If you will be placing this lot in an EA world, which one? Evergreen Harbor (on the Rockridge Springs lot).

Special requirements (subway, parking, registers, etc.)? Please do not use the large play equipment (space ship or pirate ship) and especially, do not use any toddler play things. I'm happy for the swings and jungle gym climbing thingy to be used. I would also like a BBQ and picnic table. Please also add some of those "graffiti" markers for my artist sims. Not too much in the way of "grass or garden" - instead heaps of grungy concrete/cement/dirt/rocks and only patches of grass or weeds growing.
Is communication required before the builder begins work? Not necessarily but if the Builder needs clarification on anything, I would be more than happy to help out.
Additional instructions? I would normally do my own builds (some DNA members might remember me) but after three attempts and a lot of cursing, I have come to the realisation that I am hopeless at building grungy things! I keep wanting to make everything "pretty"! Sadly, I'm not planning on making Evergreen Harbor environmentally friendly - think Murkland - and I need to keep things grungy and yuck.. usually I can pull what I need from the gallery - but not this time.. so I am seeking professional help from the best builders I know!

It requires a dance area, coloured lighting, a bar, seating areas (particularly couches) and anything else that suggests a hip, swinging spot. Oh and the bubble blower is a must and has to be in its own special, psychedelically coloured area. Is communication required before the builder begins work? The club is to be called "The Pigeon Toed Orange Peel" and it's the first part of a series of 1960s themed lots I've got in the planning stages...I've tried making them myself but I make them too bland in shape and design and would like some outside input.
