Nothing beats that time I was making microwave brownies and the glass container started melting. 😂 And I took it out and threw water and the whole thing exploded. LOL.
Not me, but my roommate thought it would be a good idea to leave tinfoil over the leftover dining hall food when she put it in the microwave... let's just say we're not popular with the RA anymore

Giving myself a set time of the day to finish the task, or I won't get to do my leisure stuff if I don't meet it.
Setting a timer (like 45 minutes) to work on my task and then another timer (like 15 minutes) to check messages just goof off before getting back to it. It really helps me when I'm writing papers or studying for tests.
