I am actually downloading Life the Life as we speak. I couldn't pass it up--especially at a price less than the hot mess that is Journey to Batuu. I am really interested in its more realistic art style. I think the UE engine is the one to use.
Six gigs though is considerably pretty big--I have all EPs, most GPs, and all but a handful of Stuff Packs, and the total much bigger than that.
So these are some of the simulation games I like to play that are like the Sims in one way or another available on different devices:

I have enjoyed making rooms in House Flipper. It takes a long time though, especially if you have not leveled up your perks so you can paint and build faster. When you buy the houses they are more or less destroyed, so you have to fix them up.
But the houses do look kinda nice when you are done. You can sell them or keep them for yourself. You can add pictures from your own computer to hang on your wall as well.

Let us know how it is, whether you like it or not, its strengths and weaknesses. I'm personally not too interested in the game because of its perpetual first person view. I don't want to play in my sim's "skin". I prefer playing in third person view and being the"God" who directs my sim.

@ClarionOfJoy I watched some of the other Live the Life videos and like a lot of the gameplay ideas like shopping for furniture at different types of stores, throwing water bottles and food on the floor 😂😂 (it’s nearly impossible to make a mess in TS4), and being a waiter...where the character makes a reasonable amount of money per shift as opposed to the $7 klobillions you get for jobs in The Sims. I also liked the way they do laundry in Live the Life, like you wash the actual clothes you own instead of a pile of random mushiness.
One thing I haven’t seen yet is much interaction with other characters, or a kitchen in the apartment, but maybe I just need to check out some more videos.

Oh wow! So the careers are active? I might get it then. I just hate first person perspective though. I wonder what other jobs it will offer.
I like that it's more realistic like with the laundry and having to shop at stores for furniture and clothes. I wonder if we can own stores eventually.
Few interactions? I guess they haven't worked on that yet. But I wonder how they're going to do that since it's in English and not some Simlish language.
Okay, due to consideration.I m going to say people of newbery .As a possible game.Lot people try to discredit dev, but there is not enough hard proof is a scam. Some peoples used the island game. But apparently that games used assets bought as well.

This game looks fun!
Good list, but I wouldn't consider "slime rancher "like the sims though. Its more like a management game.

It...doesn't look impressive in its current form
Race Against the Clock: Can your elder sim turn back the clock before their time runs out?
Lol! He made it SO FUNNY! 🤣
I think this game definitely still needs a lot of work. I'll still keep tabs on it and hope it gets better. 🙂

It's more of a first-person Middle Ages life simulator. Looks pretty interesting. I might give it a try
