I love reading Sims 3 legacy challenge stories! I always read them slowly because I fear that I won’t find any good ones in the future. I also just started to write my own, wish me luck!
I've started a Legacy Story in June and I have a thread about it. Currently it's on a bit of a hiatus while I work something out with Bede. It's my second attempt at a Legacy, after the first attempt ended prematurely due to Babysitters.
I'm not sure how active this thread still is but I use Wix for my story which started out as a Homeless child challenge but has turned into a legacy now. I'm at generation 3 now and if anyone is interested, you can check it out here https://foxifruitcake151.wixsite.com/homelesschildwilla Please just note this story is intended for more mature audiences.
I stopped writing my sim's stories because I was frustrated with just being able to post still pictures. I do still post a few pictures occasionally but these days I turn my sim stories into narrated videos. My channel link is in my signature. My current focus is on a challenge to get the badge for a sim having 30 grandchildren. It has only a couple of episodes to go before it is done. But there are lots of other stories in my channel. Some are challenges and some are not. Although they all have a goal in mind.
I have a blog but I do Gameplay Stories instead of Legacy Challenges. I only have one storyline up and going right now but hope to get another up soon. https://tceegameplay.wordpress.com
@TeeSea I've got a Legacy Family Challenge where the 9th generation has started to reach childhood. I just have one generation to go.
I had been away from Sims 3 for about 6 years and just got back into playing. I discovered I am not able to play on my desktop computer any longer due to edema issues, so started playing on my laptop, sitting in my recliner. Unfortunately, the laptop couldn't handle my Legacy game. I just bought a new laptop and am still in the process of installing everything and collecting saves and sims, lots, etc from both computers. I'm trying to organize everything and it's a struggle.
I think I've finally got it ready to test drive my Legacy challenge. I currently have 75 blog posts of my Forsythe Legacy Challenge and hope to post more in the near future. (I've been playing a "Farming Challenge with a Twist" from @Piano_angel recently since I've been unable to play my Forsythe family. I haven't blogged this story yet, but there are a few posts in the What happened in your sims 3 game today? discussion. I will probably post the story to my blog in the near future.)
If you are on a computer, click the link in the top left (Forsythe Legacy Family Challenge (75)) to see just the legacy posts. I have done a few other challenges and have some posts about those as well. I have tried to tag them all so they show up in the correct list.
If you are on a phone, the links for the different challenge stories are at the top of the main page of the blog.

- A Sims 3 Legacy Challenge.
It began as a "travel blog" where I showcased some worlds my family visited, but changed during the time into a story about my family and their experiences.
Have fun in reading it.

But the main characters are
River McIrish
& Haruo Chikamori
And it’s a long-span legacy narrative when I get back to it. I’ll try to write a few chapters without the computer in any case to see how it goes.
