      Shredded cabbage and carrots with Annie’s Goddess dressing, dried jackfruit, Tofurky slices, and an oat cracker with fruit spread on top.

      Haven't broken my fast yet this morning, so it was yesterday's dinner: quinoa, with a dish of lentils, steamed cauliflower, spinach, and bits of leftover chicken and the aspic from the chicken. I'm no food stylist, it doesn't look fantastic, but at least the quinoa came out really nice and fluffy. And it was tasty and energizing.
