I hope it’s one of those “it’s so obvious it’s this, it obviously isn’t this” scenario’s 😅 but honestly it is unfortunately looking like a SW pack. Just the “ it’s so obvious it’s SW, how are you guys seeing anything else” comments are annoying. It’s still a speculation thread 😾 until it officially confirmed we can still speculate
That said,I have 2 theories on what it could be if they’re not SW:
1.The circles are a shiny spot to fortune tellers ball, and the mountain reminds me of Vegas because of desert and the world could be a casino type vacation. The hint does mention the perfect place to elope, and many do marry in Vegas.
2. The circles are shiny spots to domes underwater so that sims can safely be there without drowning. The mountain is a seamount and the Ray of light is a sunlight ray shooting into the water from the sky above.
Get Together's Windenburg is a big world with over 20 lots.
Get Together is an Expansion Pack, not a Game Pack. Game Packs have never had more than eleven lots, as far as I can remember. If we were to get a larger world like that in a Game Pack, then that would be almost the entirety of it because it would most likely use a great deal of the pack budget and leave hardly anything left for new gameplay. I mean, not saying it's not possible they could do that, but it's doubtful that players would respond well to a pack that focuses mainly on a large world but leaves us dry with no content.
On one hand I think they have never did a brand pack bigger than a stuff pack. On the other hand they said it is a never done before pack.
I am putting my two hands together praying it is NOT a Star Wars pack. I am skeptical about space because their content has been so poorly executed lately. Whatever it is I hope it works properly.
I'm not opposed to the idea of Star Wars Gamepack, but I do think that Star Wars gamepack is just a fan service for an already established fanbase someone who arent familiar with Star Wars might not like it especially if it wont introduce engaging new gameplay. though I feel that the leaked icon pack suggest an amusement park theme.
We should not automatically assume the new pack is going to be a Star Wars pack just because the leaked design has 3 circles and a strange-looking building on it. It could be something completely different.
Honestly, I know this is a stretch but don't we have like a million base game star wars outfits? so what on earth would they be adding?
There are 7 Star Wars costumes in the game right now. There's plenty of Star Wars content not yet present in the game to choose from, if there really is a Star Wars pack coming.
I sure hope it isn't. Ever since the Knitting pack showed some potential "hints" in the old lady's memory (a school, a baby and sledding) I have been sure the next GP would be winter getaway when combined with the recent survey.

I really don’t think it’s an actual Star Wars pack. Maybe a space pack that draws inspiration from Star Wars. If it’s even a space pack. It could be some kind of snowy world pack or maybe some kind of country side pack that would also give people sheep and stuff.
I doubt it myself. It is one thing to add some tie in, collab content to free updates, but it is a whole other thing to do a pack around it. All the supporting evidence I have really seen discussed is that the icon looks like the Star Wars part of Disney World and the theme fits the mystery cube hints. That is not enough for me.
Honestly, I would believe a general space pack more, but even still the icon and hints are too vague for me to be convinced of anything.
Since it looks like an area in Disney world, it could also be an amusement park pack, possibly. And there is someone who has been asking For that a lot. Wasn’t that one of the hints?
Could this be a hint for another future pack such as a farming pack? Or if if it is an amusement park pack, could they use that in a restaurant in an amusement park?
I think it’s a space pack based on Star Wars if the theories are correct behind the icon leak. Personally I don’t want either pack as I’m not too fussed about a space pack but as I now have a alien baby in my main save (human male sim got abducted and had baby) it may help his storyline. Also I have little interest in Star Wars. I’ve only ever seen one Star Wars film which I quite liked but never got the Star Wars hype and I can’t see how they will implement a pure Star Wars pack in the game unless it is linear gameplay like strangerville.
Mmm, dessert. I would be down for a dessert pack, but I believe the gurus said it would be something never done before, and we already had a dessert themed pack with Katy Perry's Sweet Treats.
We need to have a look at the other Sci Fi worlds that EA have made for the sims. For most of them they draw a lot of visual inspiration from popular sci fi movies.
In the Sims 3 Into the Future they got inspiration for the the Hunger Games in the way the town looks and the clothing of the future residents, there is even a mining area with worn looking housing.
I thought Sixam was at least original until I rewatched Avatar...
In the Sims 4 Strangerville people argue that the story is based on Stranger Thing but visually the world is very similar to the in the first Thor movie. That movie even has a lab in a crater built around an alien object and Men in Black confiscating sensitive material.
You go back as far as Lunar Lake to find a sci fi world that's original.
So based on earlier world the new game pack draw visual inspiration from the star wars franchise but the gameplay will be more generic space themes. Maybe we will get the chance to create a space colony.

I just wish they'd stop with this teaser posting crap and just tell us what the pack is. I feel like they're treating us like children with these stupid pictures of objects that we won't even able to interact with anyway.
