    Shopping Day and Driving

    What I think would be an interesting pack would be a 'Shopping Day'. Sims at a shopping mall, buying food, clothing, and hardware. Also, a Driving pack. Instead of walking and running everywhere. Interaction with cars, trucks and busses. How about a 'Car Wash Day!' With so much to do, I the time rate should be adjustable so it could be slowed down. In my view the time rate goes to quickly.

      There is a rebate day. If you place a mall in your game, you could spend your sim's money there. :smiley:

      So how are we going to place a Shopping Mall on a 30 x 20 lot ?. Now if your not talking about a giant rabbit hole then this would have to be done in a solo expansion.Imagine paying $40 for a single lot just for shopping it would would get old real quick plus our Sims can sit home and order online. Our Sims need entertainment like a Casino or a Arcade. I feel my Sims pain of just sitting in the house 24/7.

      I suppose you could build a shopping mall on a 30x20 lot, you'll just need to use all buildable levels, both above and under ground. I have a couple of malls in my gallery if you would like to check them out, they are very playable without being particularly huge. Now, an EP or GP dedicated to shopping malls would be great as my sims love to shop. I would particularly like a quicker way to dress up the mannequins and changeable fashions as I don't always have the patience for that.

      Malls are going out of fashion fast, as more and more people purchase online.

      Some malls will return to the original concept: a micro village. They'll become a more compact version of the high street + townhouses, and smaller apartments.

      There's an old mall in the US that's already been converted. The ground level is still shops and cafes, but the upper levels are all tiny apartments.

      I'd prefer the option of a multi purpose lot. The ability to have a mall of sorts, plus offices and apartments above it.

      I built 2 using 60x60 and one on the lot size under 60x60. It can be done and shall be done!!!
