Gwiniel's 100 baby challenge

About a week ago decided to give a go for the 100 baby challenge and want to share the progress. I'm mainly a builder in sims 4 and haven't much had actual game play so this has been a lovely change. I have all packs (and am super excited about the nifty knitting coming soon 
).
I'm using the rules by Snarky Witch 100 baby challenge rules
In short: My matriarch is unemployed stay home human mom having as many children as possible with multiple donors within normal life span. In addition I have added a challenge that she can't leave the lot/neighborhood to visit community places with the exception of giving birth at the hospital. Also I don't allow her to work at all in any career although the original rules allow work from home. She earns money by painting and selling crops.
I chose a little lot in Newcrest and build a tier 2 (64 sq) tiny house. Only cheat I've used is bb.moveobjects on and resetsim as sims seem to glitch a whole lot. Chose 3 lots traits: natural well (Eco living), child's play and leylines. In addition the tier 2 tiny house gives many benefits from faster learning to better moods. Not sure is that counted as cheating, but it wasn't mentioned in the rules either so took my liberty to make so.
Edit: Have also made the requirements a little harder for all ages before aging. Toddlers have all skills maxed. Children need to have all skills at least in 5 and 1 skill maxed, need at least 1 character value all green and has to be grade A student to age. Teens need grade A, have to max a teen job, have at least 1 character value fully green and have at least 3 skills in level 3.
