Swim and fish in your own back yard!
The medium-height walls of the first floor lend a modern and open feel to this floor and it's open floor plan in the main living areas.

On or off the grid your Sim will have the choice of using the indoor washer & dryer, the outdoor wash tub and clothes line, or any combination of these!

Ahoy there me hearties I'll still rather occupied for the week to come but here's hope I'll make something for our thread here soon!
I can't help but to comment a bit here, seeing everyone's works and all that
@luckyheather Looks like living-in-a-box is the in thing now. I just hope the wind won't "help" sims there do the moving I liked the white and cool gray palette much, especially in steely containers. Also a interesting planter done with half walls... I'm going to need one of these. and those clutters... I'm not going to have the pleasure of making those myself in the near future @Sthenastia That almost feel like some hipsters broke into my apartment and made themselves home! It feels a lot like a home though, with all the colors and clutters. I do like the minty green and light orange combo a lot. Can I borrow that for my future lots? That rubber plant by the window remind me of the one I planted IRL. It's like it needs virtually no water. @illusie Your beach lot's, well very, functional? It has everything a beach should have! The bars, the atmosphere's all there. Once again that's going to inspire me for the lots of lots to come... It's like I always forgot the ambience I was trying to achieve halfway building
Anyway stay safe everyone! I'll try to get back soon(if you care)!

so, I love to make small homes.. They don't always comply with the tiny living lot, but they still are tiny.. This house is available from my gallery if you are interested. mama_scarletblue
Tiny newlywed home is a lovely home! @Derian Very nice exterior design, wall texture, great patterned fencing and very nice bbq and outdoors dining area to enjoy cooking and dining outdoors in the sunlight.Very nice interior furnishings and great layout! Very nice light filled kitchen nook for Sims to enjoy looking out through windows whilst cooking meals. The windows reading nook is lovely! Sims will enjoy sitting reading there in the sunshine. Very nice loft bedroom. The blue colour is very nice. Very nice fireplace sofa seat sitting area to enjoy relaxing there watching tv in front of the fire. The trains are a nice touch on the fireplace ledge.
@masajo Thank you so much!!❤️ I've wanted to do that type of pond for a while and the 'theme' of this build actually fit very well with using it. So... it was the first thing I made on the lot, and I built around that. I've avoided off the grid, though I'm fascinated by it.
With the stuff in this pack that I was able to add I decided to roll that into the premise of the build goals - basically an Eco-minded 'normal' family with a balanced 'survivalist'/self sustaining theme... able to go off grid and self sustain entirely if needed. I had a lot of fun with the details of making this so. It took forever to get everything doing what I wanted, but in the end it was really fun when I saw it come together in function.
Then I switched out the 'geo' trait for 'off the grid'. I expected almost everything to come to a halt or something, but so far everything is just normal! They can even sit down and watch TV. I'm so excited, as the turbines and solar panels, etc., seem to really help! I may actually stay off the grid and try it out for a while! 🤞🏻
Personal Pardise is a lovely home! @Derian Very creatively designed flower/plants and lamps feature on the front patio! It looks great! Very nice bbq and dining area to enjoy cooking and dining outdoors. Very nice fencing. The interior furnishings and open plan layout is very nice! Very nice red, grey and white colors. Lovely sofa seats window sitting area to enjoy watching tv with sunshine coming in through the windows. The patterned floor rug is a nice touch. Sims will also enjoy dining in the sunshine. Very nice white kitchen flooring, and wood wall texture.
It is a very nice home
Pretty Eco Bedroom is a lovely bedroom! @luckyheather Very nice design, layout, furnishings, and the yellow and white colour scheme is pretty and sunny!Very nice natural wood texture walls and wooden furniture.
