  Yes

  If we had an active daycare career, then I'd like it to be similar to running a shop where it's you and a group of other sims, not just your sims on their own dealing with 5+ children from babies to children. Everyone balances feeding with set times, naps, play times, etc, children acting out are given a timeout/sent to the corner, those who've behaved get candy/a small gift.
  
  
  
  And or revamp the babysitter career so you can have the mentioned in OP's post but its aimed at teens who wanna make extra money for hanging out with friends, you can watch up to 3 children, 2 toddlers or 2 babies, nothing more than that or all plum breaks loose.
  
  
  Similar features but obviously teens have the chance to mess up, call the parents to come home or for plans to change along the hours watching said offspring like the teens friends showing up, parents demanding to know where they are, family emergency, a burglar trying to get in, fires, the children's parents saying they'll be late or offering the sim extra if they do such and such/get the kids to bed on time/early.
  
  Maybe even add a doggy daycare option where you can look after pets (Up to 7) and have to attend to each animals specific needs (Sick pets need meds, snobby pets require posh food, messy pets need to be bathed/cleaned up after)

  Yesssss! And the options to have someone babysit your toddlers and choose who. So I can have say the grandparents babysit for a day. Or the option to send toddlers to preschool/daycare
