Sorry if this has already been asked and I missed it: Is there any way to see how many "bits and pieces" you have earned? I had one of my Sims earn some, but it was only enough for one candle. I had thought the numbers which showed were higher than that, so I was wondering if there was any way to see how many total you have accumulated? Thanks!
Does anyone know what kind of ghosts these are? I encountered them on Halloween night in Conifer Station, near the river. Did they drown? One of them seems to be dripping water.

Hi guys I purchased the eco living expansion pack, have joined the civil designer career and currently under the title Urban Surveyor - when I work from home it gives me 2 tasks - check the community board and Submit a Municipal Concept, when hovering over this task with the mouse, it says I can submit this concept to innovative solutions Corp by clicking on the mail box, but the only options when I click my mail box are Vote on neighbourhood action plans, Get Mail and Show Bill info... Please help, I have googled for hours and yet can find absolutely NOTHING about submitting a concept... I have the option when socialising with other sims to 'Present Concept' but it doesn't let me select it and says "concepts must be owned and can only be presented once".... What on earth does all of this mean???!!
You have to use the little tablet looking device you get in your inventory, took me a while to notice bc mine had been ravaging dumpsters lol. Use it to create concept, try to,notice the quality and I tried showing it to a sim who gave feedback it needed more work, so edited it got it listed as Perfect then used mailbox to send in, after bit you get message if it's accepted. If it is it improves your performance at work.
I have the Be Green option enacted in Port Promise, nosmog for while, even tho no one has repealed that one somehow it keeps sliding to neutral. She has trees and plants everywhere and I'm doing everything that says it ups eco footprint, I don't understand why it's sliding when it's been full green for a bit now. What am I doing wrong?

You have to either cheat or have your sim actively repeal with collecting signatures to be rid of ones you don't want.
How can my Sims plant soybeans in their own garden? I can only harvest wax from the ones that grow wild. I couldn't find soybean seeds from the seed packs either.
I saw James Turner growing a lot of soybean plants in one of his early access videos, but I didn't pay attention where he got the seeds from and I'm too lazy to watch the videos again. I will if I have to, but I thought I'll ask here first

I did watch James' video again and turned out that he cold harvest soybean seeds from the plants. I can't. I can only get wax. Now I can't even find soybean plants anymore, they have disappeared from the neighborhood. I have to give up candle making.

It's hard to say without viewing your house. Are you gathering water every day? I think one of the upgrades allows you to fill water using things with their own water, are you remembering to do that? Maybe add in another dew collector and upgrade those?

So, my sim went dumpster diving and found a bike called the FULL WOOD JACKET BIKE. However, when l go to build/buy mode, l cant change the color swatch. Does this mean this bike can only be found in dumpsters and the color of the bike is random or is my game weird and it's not letting me change the color?

It's an item that can be fabricated, so when you find one you get you are given and can't change it. You can make different colours of it through fabrication.

Does anyone know where sims can collect water in Evergreen Harbour? I struggled to find water points last night.
There is a fishing spot at the old quarry, look for the sign. I did only play in Winter and it was frozen, but I assume your off-the-grid sim can collect water there.

I found one in a dumpster dive. Then there was a regular bike just sitting on the sidewalk that my second Sim... tried out. LOL.
