PC shuts down while playing Sims 4

Hi everyone
I have a problem with my sims 4/PC
I upgraded my PC from a 200Watt to a 500Watt, a better graphics card, more RAM, but while playing the sims 4 my pc shuts down and reboots.
My PC settings are now balanced and my graphics card is on default.
If I put them higher, my PC shuts down during the sims 4. How is this possible? Why can't I play the Sims 4 with higher settings now? That should be possible with all my adjustments?
