    Everytime the radio is playing and I bump my game speed up to 3, the radio speeds up too. Is there a mod that can fix this?

      Edit: Also spotted a mention of this cheat which was introduced (again, a while ago)
      matchspeedstereo on/off

      No reports on whether it works so maybe try both.

      I think that can be toggled under settings.

      Yeah you don't need to mod this. My Audio Settings are... Setup is Stereo and High quality. Stereo Music matches speed, Mood Sting enabled. Audio Focus is also on. My volume is is in the middle. I think it's a slider bar. I can't remember. You want to change yours not to match game speed.
