Mod for moderating the size of NPC households that move in to random lots?

Hi!
I'm a bit new to the mod/cc world and don't know about that many options. I have MC Command Center installed as well as Slice of Life, and a few other minor ones. I use the feature in MC that moves random gallery households into empty houses in the game, but I'm having an issue with big families moving into single person homes.
Is there a mod that detects how many beds are in a house and only moves in that amount of people? That would be so awesome.
Another side question - is there a mod to automatically move out young adult NPCs? I would like it if the community could grow and change around my played household and yet all be linked to the original citizens of my world.
