Help with poses?

I've been curious about poses but it all looked kinda ... Complicated? But I gave them ago, I downloaded the mod to transport sims and the pose player mod too, most pose packs seem to call for both. So I put both in my mod folder and downloaded one pose pack to try it out. I enabled script mods and restarted my game with both mods in the mod folder but as far as I can tell .. Nothing has happened? I tried clicking on my sims and no options for posting comes up. Does anyone have any advice? Suggestions?

And a pose. It can be a pose pack or a pose from the base game (You need to know how it is called)
Extract the contents of both downloaded files to your Mods folder. My Documents/Electronic Arts/the Sims 4/Mods.
Download a pose peck of your choice and put the .package file in Mods folder. You can put pose pack in subfolders if you want.
In-game, enable custom content and script files in you options menu, then restart the game. After that, your sims should have a n option to "Pose by pack" or "Pose by name" available.
