Sure, if by 'skateboard' you mean put part of my body on it for a split second before I'm wiped out on the pavement. I have great balance when my feet are on solid ground, but put wheels under my feet and it's all over. That or ice skates.

I do the same breathing exercise! I have really bad anxiety but this is one of the main things that I use. I also do most of the rest of the things you mentioned, with the addition of cuddling one of my puppies!
