Where to post a Sims 3 Mod Discussion Post?

Hey, I wanted to make a discussion post related to a Sims 3 Mod that modifies the game, but there seems to be nowhere to post one? I see that there are mod discussion posts you can make related to Sims 4 though. Maybe I haven't looked hard enough?

That's because Sims 4 already had a mods folder set up in the game when it first came out while TS3 didn't when it first came out. I think most of the TS3 players who have questions about mods or they just want to discuss their favorite mods just post over in The Sims 3 General Discussion section.
