      Love calamari however it comes, unless you mean something else. Except when whoever prepared it didn't get the memo on how important it is not to cook it too long or at too high a temperature, in which case it becomes tough and rubbery. I love it best, Rhode Island style, fried, with hot marinara and pickled yellow pepper rings. *drool* but I'll eat it plain, steamed to perfection in the pan.
