LOT DESCRIPTION & DETAILS: this lot contains 4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms a spacious kitchen 2 entertainment areas and a study
@iampes23 Um... I think that lot is a little broken. Or something happened on my end - but I'm missing pieces of *ground* around parts of the foundation. Anyone else?? Can someone verify whether it's the lot or just me?
It only appears in live mode, it looks fine just in build but if I switch to live that's when the holes show up
I had no issues @creativemetaphor. I placed it and it looked good in live mode as well. I added walls and stairs in edit town mode and then went back to live mode. I sent a sim jogging over there to check it out with a sim on lot, but it still looked fine.
No problem @creativemetaphor. I actually wasn't going to play along this time around because I've been getting my building fix with collaboration on the train world; but now that I've set it up, I just might go ahead and play around with it.

OPTIONAL CHALLENGE: n/a
LEVEL: advanced
LOT SIZE, ADDRESS & FINAL COST: 25x30, 100 Redwood Parkway, final cost: 104,060
LOT DESCRIPTION & DETAILS:
My Spring build is a Victorian style home, full of colors and flowers! I chose the orchid as my 'item', and the shape of the foundation helped along my inspiration for a towered Victorian with wrap porch and surrounding gardens.
For required spaces: there is a formal parlor, eat-in kitchen, 1/2 bath, and master bed/bath on the main floor. The master bedroom contains the orchid.
The second floor has two bedrooms, a bath, laundry, and the open landing became the study/library with a window nook for reading and balcony overlooking the views.
The third floor and top of the tower holds the media room.
Almost every room in the house has flowers or plants, and there is even a basket of eggs on the kitchen counter just waiting to be decorated!
Outside has seating areas and a table/chairs for enjoying the weather, a large veggie garden, and lots of lawn for outdoor activities like playing tag.
This house has everything a Sim needs to enjoy Spring!
CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM: no feedback required, just want to build n share

Don't forget to include a top-down shot of the foundation. Also, an overhead shot of your building layout would make it easier to see how your house goes together, sometimes it's hard to get that feel from pictures of the rooms only.
Comments
Yes, only one entry per person per challenge. If you post one and then decided to change, you can, but we will only count one.
Yes, you can, but they would have to be the same color.
You are very welcome!
Also, if anyone is debating doing the Spring Designer Showdown for Sims 3 OR Sims 4, they are actually both different foundations, so go for both!!!

Sorry I didn't get my chalet finished and posted, I sort of lost interest in it.
There's stuff going on at home and I will be taking a break from simming for a while. Hopefully I will miss it enough to get started again.
I really liked the chalets that were posted, I wouldn't mind living in either one.
Happy building, I hope to be back soon. Hugs
I've got walls, doors, windows and roof in place.
