A mod for retail business is needed

I need a mod that makes my own family works at the retail store.
The problem is I have a household with 3 witches and they own a store that sells potions and everytime I go to this store with other households my witches are never there working and selling stuff. I want them to be there when I visit the store with different sims. Is that possible? is there a mod for it?

I have that mod but it doesn't work well. Even if I hire my household to work at the store they still not working there when I visit the store with different households.

The Mod works pretty well in my Game. I have an Household which owns the retail lot and works there (is hired). When i visit the Retail with another Household the hired Owners work there. If yours do get replaced by random NPCs then it means the Game is not able to spawn them. For example when they were not careerless when you hired them. Also did you test this without any other Mod/CC?
I have them jobless because I want them to work only in the store. I will try see if its a conflict with another mod.
