    Bay windows still useless.

    You have this awesome looking window with a nice shelf but can't place anything on it like sculptures or lights.I remember as kid my mother would put those ceramic Christmas houses in the bay window and Halloween the pumpkins we carved would be on display.

      YA I know what you mean. My girlfriend just today was saying how she wanted the Sims to be able to sit on the shelf.

      I was thinking the same. We did this in my old house with some dried flowers and a lamp. If the bay window could be deep enough, meaning it goes all the way to the floor, then the grand piano could be placed into the bay, which looks really nice.

      I agree, I would like to be able to add clutter objects and ornaments on Ti the shelves . I never really use the bay windows much anyway as I'm not a fan of them. I build my own in game more than I use the actual windows.

      Yeah I though about that too. I think a modder will work something out so we can put some clutter on them at least.

      You can kind of 'fake' bay windows using counter tops, so you can add clutter items, but it would be really wonderful if Sims could sit there and read.

      I would love to be able to place things in the bay window, too. Also, a true window seat is a great place to curl up and read a book. We've never had a true window seat in game that I'm aware of. Would be a nice addition.

      These ideas sound great. I know it isn't the same put try putting one of the ottomans in front of the bay windows. I would like to see some curtains that actually fit in the window like in TS3.
