I read that i can deactivate some occults and that i can set the lunar phase to prevent zombies. So i think, i'll take a look at the next days for "Supernatural" 🤔 I just need this build objects 😅 Thanks @Me1620 it helped me so far! 🍪
Maybe I'll be beating up that "half full, half empty glass" even more, but a "Zombies" epidemic is a great way to work the Cure achievement and similar Journal task. Pack a very very generous stack of Cure elixirs beforehand and douse on sight every single "Zombies" you find.

Yeah.. i read so horrific story's ' bout this annoying zombies.. But i think i' ll give this expansion pack a chance. @goodFeel93 - Congratulations on purchasing Supernatural. The build and buy objects are nice. Too bad we can't easily extract the objects from the game and then delete the game play. I think it can be done but it takes work.
Does this answer your question even better? ... Island Paradise created a lot of lag in the game and ruined many players enjoyment of Sims 3. For me, Seasons was annoying because the weather was extreme. It would often rain for days. In winter, the town would be under snow for days and my poor sims would be stuck at home. Children would be kicked out of school and adults would lose their job. I had to either turn off weather or use a mod to control the intensity of the weather.
I never noticed any problems like that with gameplay after installing Supernatural. If you leave the supernatural states on, you will see witches flying around but they won't create traffic jams. Also, I do find that a number of the townies take on a supernatural state after playing for a while. Installing Island Paradise also brought mermaids into my towns.
Yes you can deactivate all the occult types except for zombies. The options menu has a tab where you uncheck all the occult states.

Hi everyone. Been very busy lately, and not online at all much. Haven't even looked at my email in over a week.
@goodFeel93 I am sad to hear about the zoo tragedy. For a couple years my family did any lanterns on the anniversary of losing our mom. Then I found out that they are illegal here, and why. So, though we miss the ritual, we stopped.
As for Supernatural, be "warned" that the population in the world that comes with it is heavily weights toward Supernatural Sims. It is a different experience than playing other towns after installing the game.
I started writing this before checking out Cair Paravel, and since I'm on my phone I can't just save this reply and go there. But I look forward to seeing what the creator did with it. I have been a good day of Narnia since discovering the books in my early teens. I actually just re-read The Magician's Nephew last week!
I remember watching the Disney version of Voyage of the Dawn Reader and being thrilled with how accurately they rendered ship.
I haven't done much with the house hunting. I have this fear of finding something I love and not being able to get the mortgage, so I need to sure with a bank or two for pre-approval before I actually look.
I hope everyone is well and have been thinking that it is time for me to get back to TS3, but getting an Xbox has definitely taken up my game time lately. But building in games like Creativerse and Minecraft is not even close to the satisfaction I feel in The Sims.

I love my coffee. One of my favorite pastimes is to work or play on my computer while sipping a cup of coffee. I love my family and OE friends, but I relish time alone so my brain can recharge. That is one reason my username is ME1620. My husband craves social situations. His social meter drains so quickly.
Another coffee drinker and "mostly introvert" here. In college my friends used the promise of coffee stops to lure me away from books and out into the world. It worked every time. I am not ashamed to admit that it still works.
I'm also a fan of tea (maybe it's a caffeine thing...).
Re: Supernatural: I liked this EP. I bought it for the objects, more than for the population. I liked the homes and those windows several people have mentioned. I wish there were more 2-story window options. Eh, I'll be honest. I wish they were still putting out new content in general. I keep trying to get into the Sims 4, but can't. It's always back to 3 for me. Maybe the inevitable Sims 5 will get me may wallet.
I don't drink coffee, but my Sims are pretty much hooked to raw coffee beans. Very handy!

Does this answer your question even better? ... Island Paradise created a lot of lag in the game and ruined many players enjoyment of Sims 3. For me, Seasons was annoying because the weather was extreme. It would often rain for days. In winter, the town would be under snow for days and my poor sims would be stuck at home. Children would be kicked out of school and adults would lose their job. I had to either turn off weather or use a mod to control the intensity of the weather.
I never noticed any problems like that with gameplay after installing Supernatural. If you leave the supernatural states on, you will see witches flying around but they won't create traffic jams. Also, I do find that a number of the townies take on a supernatural state after playing for a while. Installing Island Paradise also brought mermaids into my towns.
Yes you can deactivate all the occult types except for zombies. The options menu has a tab where you uncheck all the occult states.

@goodFeel93 I am sad to hear about the zoo tragedy. For a couple years my family did any lanterns on the anniversary of losing our mom. Then I found out that they are illegal here, and why. So, though we miss the ritual, we stopped.
As for Supernatural, be "warned" that the population in the world that comes with it is heavily weights toward Supernatural Sims. It is a different experience than playing other towns after installing the game.
I started writing this before checking out Cair Paravel, and since I'm on my phone I can't just save this reply and go there. But I look forward to seeing what the creator did with it. I have been a good day of Narnia since discovering the books in my early teens. I actually just re-read The Magician's Nephew last week!
I remember watching the Disney version of Voyage of the Dawn Reader and being thrilled with how accurately they rendered ship.
I haven't done much with the house hunting. I have this fear of finding something I love and not being able to get the mortgage, so I need to sure with a bank or two for pre-approval before I actually look.
I hope everyone is well and have been thinking that it is time for me to get back to TS3, but getting an Xbox has definitely taken up my game time lately. But building in games like Creativerse and Minecraft is not even close to the satisfaction I feel in The Sims.

Another coffee drinker and "mostly introvert" here. In college my friends used the promise of coffee stops to lure me away from books and out into the world. It worked every time. I am not ashamed to admit that it still works.
I'm also a fan of tea (maybe it's a caffeine thing...).
Re: Supernatural: I liked this EP. I bought it for the objects, more than for the population. I liked the homes and those windows several people have mentioned. I wish there were more 2-story window options. Eh, I'll be honest. I wish they were still putting out new content in general. I keep trying to get into the Sims 4, but can't. It's always back to 3 for me. Maybe the inevitable Sims 5 will get me may wallet.

@goodFeel93 - I know that most teachers drink coffee, but not me. I don't drink any caffeine. Gave it up years ago, for various reasons. I love hot chocolate and juice, though!
@Me1620 - I need alone time to recharge too, especially after a day of teaching all those kids! I look forward to coming home to a cup of hot chocolate and playing Sims. Our husbands sound alike, mine needs more social interactions as well. He and my friends know to give me some space to be by myself for a while, then I will spend time with them.
