Day 4 of Simsmas - A gift for Father Winter

Yesterday we wrote our wishes for Father Winter - let’s get him a gift in return!

For the forth day of Simsmas, here your challenge: build and decorate a house for Father Winter and share a screenshot with us!

Some (optional) rules:

Make it a small house. For a bigger challenge, use this base to build his house in a 20x15 lot. These are the outside walls of the house, changing them is not allowed!:
No simoleons limit.
Father Winter needs a fireplace.
Use CC and cheats to your heart's content.
If you upload it to the Gallery, share it with #Simsmas2020 so everyone can find it easily!

And most importantly - have fun!

I took upon the challenge and made a small Father Winter hut as well.

@EA_Mai did not say whether we could or not build foundation around the shape of the house so I did.

(found a weird graphical bug while at it, those beam thingies aren't suppose to be white).

It's very crammed inside so I had to take pictures like so:

The front garden area is very nice! The cute snowmen and surfin Santa and festive mailbox look great! Very lovely living, dining and kitchenette areas! The candles and Christmas cards are a nice touch on the fireplace ledge and nice festive pattened dining table. The patterned kitchen floor tiling is nice. Very nice outdoors dining and bbq patio, with pretty Christmas tree.

It is a lovely warm room to enjoy sitting in front of the festive fireplace. The snowmen are cute! The Christmas tree is pretty! Very nice garlands on the windows, and the Christmas cards, mini trees and candles are nice on the fireplace ledge. Very nice stone wall.

Very nice exterior design, pretty lights on the roofing, the garlands are nice on the railing and fencing, and the Christmas presents in front garden are great! The nutcrackers are cute either sides of the door! Very nice homely andfestive interior furnishings and warm colours.

It didn't incorporate the rules, but since the big day is over I figured Father Winter would enjoy spending his January in an off-the-grid bungalow located at Key Point in sunny Sulani.

Very nice exterior design, pretty Christmas tree and cute snowmen either sides of the door! Sims will enjoy sitting around the campfire keeping warm. Very nice art nook on the balcony to enjoy painting outdoors. Very nice open plan interior layout, and the furnishings are lovely! Very nice warming wood walls and flooring. The fireplace living room is very nice for sitting near the fire keeping warm. The Christmas tree in the corner, and candles, Christmas cards, mini trees and white tree on the fireplace ledge and coffee table, festive wreath and wallart are lovely! Very nice patterned rug. The bedroom is very nice! Nice homely shoes and clothes racks nook.

Very nice wood wall texture and cute snowmen and reindeers either side of front door and in garden! Very lovely warm interior colour and festive furnishings! The garlands on the windows, hanging decorations, festive fireplace , Christmas cards on table and pretty Christmas tree in living area and bedroom are very nice! Very nice skylight in bedroom. Cute festive freezer bunny print on bathroom wall!

This is a home for the current Father Winter, Nicholas Santos, and his husband, Kristopher Kringle. Warm, cozy, and festive, no matter the weather! On the Gallery here, full tour here. Uses the provided plans, although it does have some slightly expanded areas - front and back porch and chimney.

Father Winter’s Home is a lovely festive home! @ryttu3k

Very nice exterior design, festive red colour, lovely flower box windows,and pretty garlands and string lights! The snowman and reindeer are cute! Very nice festive interior furnishings! The fireplace area is very nice with the festive fireplace, and Christmas cards, logs, snow globe and mini white tree on the ledge. The stone textured wall and garland on it is very nice. The pretty Christmas tree is pretty and the giraffe and teddy either side of it are cute!

Very pretty gingerbread cottage exterior! The snowballs,pretty garlands, and wreaths on the walls and windows are very nice! The nutcrackers either sides of the front door and the snowman are cute! The barn/stable for the reminders is great! Sims will enjoy doing woodworking there. Very lovely festive furnishing of the interior! The blue and white colour scheme of the living and dining room is pretty! Very nice armchair windows reading area with the lovely Christmas tree to look at whilst reading a book. Sims will enjoy looking out through the dining area windows at the views whilst eating their meal.

First, thank you for creating those awesome challenges. The other entries all look stunning.

Second, adding a whimsical touch to everything worked well for a Winter theme imo, and I still need the practice, lol. Decided to go with an hour-glass as a base to represent 'time', the columns make up the rest of it from an aerial view... and apologies about the grid, I totally forgot it was on.

Mr. Bunny found his way into the shot somehow...
