I'm trying to create an open plan "U" shaped staircase that traverses up 3 stories (using fences to create room and remove floor). However, I can't place the second staircase above the first because it won't let me place is over the "open" space (it's fine if I don't remove the floor but that's not achieving the look I'm after)

Sorry meant to preview not post , In pic there is a room with a foundation on a foundation like street , every time I try to move room with foundation onto the already made foundation it just combines the room with bottom foundation
I don't know if this is the right thread. but I have seen someone using this item but i can't find it on my game even using debug cheats (bb.showhiddenobjects). Maybe I just missed it, but I have already re-trying to find it several time from the top (show all)
- This item used on Willow Creek (not on lot) so i assume base game item only (?)
- According to save game I have downloaded the item name is **DEBUG**
Use the bb.showhiddenobjects and then bb.showliveeditobjects and then search for 'debug'. If you scroll down, once it gets all of the debug items located, you will find them and others like it. @Womble
Okay...maybe an odd question. Does anyone know if it is at all possible to 'sink' the Gable End named Ahhhh-ning' into the roof, so that it does not have to stick out very far when you size it, but still get those nice crossbeams to show? At one size up, I have to extand my gables 4 spaces and it looks goofy. I've tried to place it with the roof set back, but when you bring the roof back into place, it follows it.
Will editing under normal build mode and giving console university dorms a badly needed redecorating effect game play? The furniture is so ugly and low quality.
