The Calendar Sims - Assignment 2 is up!!!!

We all love playing The Sims and showing off what we can do. We thought what better way to show off than having a calendar made up entirely of them!!!!
So we are putting this put there to see if there is enough interest in this competition to set it in motion. Depending on the amount of interest we will be launching mid January!
All versions of Sims are welcome and custom content and editing are welcome but not required.
So lets get down to the competition.
Every 2 weeks we will give you a theme based on the month of the year. There will be 2 themes to chose from for each assignment but you can only submit 1 entry.....so choose wisely!

Scoring is cumulative and based on the following criteria reaching a total of 30 points max per assignment.

1.) Creativity - 10 points max.
We want to see what you've got! Make us laugh, make us smile, even make us cry! This is the main part of the scoring.
2.) Sticking to the Brief/Theme -10 points max.
So this basically means no Santa's hanging around in Easter. Plus, although we do want creativity we do need to understand what your picture is telling us.
3.) Background/Staging - 5 points max.
Obviously, what is going on in the background needs to tie in with your Sim. For example, trick or treating in the middle of an empty closet is not going to win you them points! It needs to work with the theme. We don't mind if it is staged in game or edited for hours, as long as i works.
4.) Attention to Detail - 5 points max.
As we all know, it's the little things that count. We want to see that on your pictures. It could be the banquet table in the background or the festive jewellery added to your outfit. Just that added extra that will make your picture POP!!!!!

Shots can be full body or waist up.
Judges:
Head shots on a plain background please for the judges wall.

I don't have much time to participate but I can judge if need be. Or if the assignments are really simple? Maybe, we'll see!
Due: 7th February 2020!
Christmas and New Year are over. Those resolutions are being worked on while we long for that next Bank Holiday. The weather is cold wet and gloomy and we begin to wish we were bears hibernating in a nice cosy cave in the warm.
But there are some things to look forward to which are the theme of this month’s assignment!
Option 1 – VALENTINES DAY
Is your sim romantic and full of the joys of love? Have they surprised their significant other with a candlelit dinner, flowers or a date in a rocket ship?
Option 2 – PANCAKE DAY
Or are they more of a Bob kind of sim, enjoying a day filled with fried batter, syrup and fruity goodness. Carefully scraping pancakes off the ceiling.

What does your sim like to do on New Years eve? How do they spend the first day of the year?
What have they decided to give up or change this year?

Your example leads me to a question.
Are any of your themes going to be seasonal specific? Are the themes at risk of forgetting that the southern hemisphere has opposing seasons? Eg, halloween is in spring, christmas is in summer, easter is in autumn, etc.
If you're keeping hemispherical differences in mind, then I might be interested in this.
I personally would love to see people from all over the world show us what each theme means to them 😊
You only have to do one. Pick whichever one you like the most or means the most to you 😊

The entry date for assignment 1 is now up! We would love to see more entries so hope you will have a go. The scores are cumulative with no eliminations so you don't need to do every round if you don't want to.
