    So, Suddenly My Sim Is a Prude?

    LOL Today Erik surprised me. He's living in a dorm at Britechester University with three of his siblings, plus a bunch of others, besides. He's on his way out, but stops to chat with a fella about Public Displays of Affection. From the circle with a slash through it, I could easily gather he disapproves of it. Reminded me of Mrs. Crumplebottom, only thankfully, Erik didn't whip out a purse to bash him with. This is my Proper Celebrity, who has actually kissed his girlfriend in public. :open_mouth: Can we say hypocrite, much. LOL When did this get added?

    The only thing that also might have caused this turn in his attitude, is he's only got four credits to go until he graduates. He's working on two, currently and then it's his Senior year. I do recall the sometimes haughty attitude of the upper classmen back in the Stone Ages when I was in school. At any rate, it amused me, so I thought I would share.

      Lol, I know what you mean. When my Atrocious Reputation mob boss vampire does something in character or sees someone do something he himself would do and then act all shocked about it, it makes me stop and giggle a little and say "you big dummy, you just did that same thing yesterday!"

      Yep, even sims with the alluring/romantic traits do this now. It's really annoying.

      I noticed PDA in the dorms, and I was impressed by the addition, as it seems quite natural for Uni, and was rather missing until now. As well as some Sims being naturally opposed to it, as in "OMG, get a room...." :lol: But if everyone is opposed, lol, that seems over-tuned. :) Perhaps it could be limited to Unflirty, Jealous, Loner, or even Squeamish Sims...

      Well, that's my whole point. It's funnier than all get out! I love the comic relief this game can give. :)

      He knows quite a few Sims, so that is a distinct possibility. I never stopped to consider that. Good point. And good catch. ;)

      No, I'm pretty sure Maxis broke the game. When you have a serial romantic acting like a prude there's a problem because it's impossible to complete the aspiration. They shouldn't care about significant others. The whole point of serial romantic is to have as many romances as possible.
