Spooky Day and Costumes

Does anyone know if there's a mod that will let children/adults go to school/work in costume on Spooky Day? (sadly, a custom holiday) I know I can make it a day off but that seems to be a shame to do that since Harvestfest is in the same season.
I have seen mods that extend the amount of costumes offered on Spooky Day; that is not what I'm looking for.

There are mods where you can edit your Sim's work outfit, though, so if you wanted to temporarily change them into costumes, you might be able to do it that way.
I've never personally tried this before, so I don't actually know if the costumes will be available to choose from, but might be worth a shot if there aren't any other mods available.
