    Island Living face tattoo/makeup?

    Saw this on origin, but not in my game. Didn't see it in any CAS category. Is this a tattoo or makeup?

      I knew I saw something else for the face back during launch! But I could never find it in game and I started to wonder if I imagined it.

      I'd guess face paint given there are no face tattoo slots, but looks like it's not actually in the pack. Or if it is, it's just the texture file with no other associated files to make it work.
