  But also, sims with high enough Research&Debate skill will do homework faster even without mods also "study spot" (or something like that) lot trait should help.

  Yea, I agree! With all the NPC dormies running around, even 3X speed runs slow. A faster homework mod would be great.

  Scarlet's Faster homework mod has been a life saver for my Uni Sims. Another tip, make sure your uni sims leave offerings for academic success at their university's statue. that also increases the homework speed.
