Hey Devs please please please(I aint too proud to beg) ... Give us a school system from pre too high school
Complete with graduation, prom, first kiss on cheek/crush for middle schoolers...as well as drop out of high school and homeschool options. It would be nice to have a civic center. To have the graduations and dance and lot traits for the grades pre k/ elementary/ middle/ high /event lots.complete with afterschool rabbit hole dance/ cheerleader/ sports etc...it would be nice to have boarding school back too and for prom/ grad prep a screen when we can choose their outfits. Also scholarship system or a way too buy way into college of choice like library donation
For elders it would be nice to have pharmacies/hospital/nursing home lot traits as well as cruises even if itsva rabbit hole and rvs even if it has to stay in lot...it would be cute if we had hair roller wrapped in scarf options as well as different color hair I have been seeing alot of old ladies rocking purple hair lol but a gossip trait would be nice since thats a usual thing and maybe seeing eye dogs too. Also you can maybe flesh out grandparents trait. Also elders do alot of volunteer work too. You can give a nag trait too. Elders always seem to have candy and give out coins lol. Just want to see them do more like have a retirement party and special anniversaries and their meeting grim can be fleshed out too dependent on how they lived.Sorry so many run ons at wk on phone trying not to get caught😝

I wouldn't mind that, but I think my ideas would be a bit different to yours, considering my experiences at school are probably vastly different.
Not typically something that happens unless you graduate uni.
Not a thing here. We have school formals, but they are a bit different to your prom.
1. What? 2. We don't have middle school. When you finish primary school, you move on to secondary school, and eventually, if you want to, there is tertiary education (uni, etc)
Way too many of them around here. They usually drop out around year 10, and are known as 'no hopers' unless they go to tafe and learn something useful.
Not particularly common here, school of the air type stuff is more common in rural and remote areas. Would be great if they included it in a farm pack.
Yes.....? They're the centre of local government here, not sure what they'd have to do with a school related pack.
Sounds like it's a town hall you're wanting. Some places 'round here call them an 'Institute'
Lets face it, your ideas are probably as strange to me, as mine are to you.
So how about this instead?
The option of 'school traditions', where the player chooses the traditions for their sim school. If you want a graduation, you can have one. If you want school sports, you can have them. If you want a mascot, you can have one. If you want Muckup day for your high school sims, you can have it. You want uniforms? That't an option too! Or no uniforms? The choice is yours!
A school dance could be a tradition, but it needs flexible options. The player names the dance. The player chooses the venue, the music style, picks between a dj or a band, they choose the catering, bar or punch bowl? They set the dress code!
They don't sound nice, they sound sad!
How about an old folks home instead? Or a retirement village? Give em a bingo hall, and an old style dance/social on a Saturday night. Restaurants should have a seniors discount on a Tuesday lunch time, so they all fill up with the old crowd then.
TS3 did something like that, except it was a 'win a cruise' and it was for elders and adults, leaving the teens at home to behave, or throw a wild party.
Some classic granny/vintage hairstyles would be cool.
Would be hilarious. Especially if there were consequences for gossiping
Companion animals would be a better term, and only for those who have the pets pack.
That's some good ideas for making elders more interesting.
A retirement party would be a great idea. Elders really are lacking love from the developers.
Definitely would like to see them expanded with some of the things you mentioned. Can create a Casino lot and have them take trips to the casino, I always see bus trips to the casino or to the outlet. Can also see them dancing or doing Tai Chi in the park, maybe playing Mahjong in the park.
So much more to do with this fun life state.
I posted this already on another Thread, but it seems to also fit well here. And i really like the idea of a retirement party.
