Hi all
I wanted to create a cavern to challenge myself
I chose the Admiral's Wreckage lot in Sulani - seemed like a good fit with the cave right next to it.
Story in my head: Ship goes into small lagoon hits rocks and sinks - sunken ship changes tide flows and lagoon silts up with sand - Once deep undersea cavern dries out - time passes plants grow - sims reclaim wreck site and clean up the ship and build walkways in the cavern.
So after a couple of weeks of non-stop building (and frustration with floating objects positioning, rotation and the like) here it is
You can find it in the gallery - Admiral’s Wreckage Cavern - or look up my ID - Dudsnz
(I would share the url from the web gallery - but I get an endless cycle of it asking me to sign in)
View through the cavern (from basement level 2)
The pool chamber - the last waters of the lagoon (basement level 3)
Walkway to the Music chamber - (which is on basement level 4)

Admiral’s Wreckage Cavern is such a very beautiful build! @Dudsnz It is very lovely! The design and layout of each level is very great! Very lovely cavern basement levels! The greenery is very beautiful! Very nice platforms and wallways! The pool area is very nice! Very nice furnishing and layout of the ship decks. The colour scheme is very nice.
It is a very detailed and lovely cavern build that has so many special details!
The link to the build is https://www.ea.com/games/the-sims/the-sims-4/pc/gallery/9F1D04C4ECFD11E9894D402B5B8C1890
Realm of the White Witch is a very lovely magical castle tower home! @Taoron The exterior design, planter box windows, stone texture and balcony windows are great! The white blossoms are pretty! !Very nice interior layout and furnishing of each level! The magic room with the cauldron is very nice!
I have posted about your home on your showcase thread .
Thank you. @rosemow This is taken from a real castle/ tower somewhere. I've been seeing people post pictures of it (on Facebook), since a few weeks after I did the base construction. It's apparently coming up on in their desktop pics rotation, in Windows. I knew I wanted to do something with the shell, once RoM launched and the whiote theme just seemed to jump out at me, when I started. I'm glad it did. Thank you for your review. ♥
Charlatan’s Vardo is a very nice mobile home! @kilra0 The vardo exterior design, curved roofing, great wheels, patterned windows and door look great! Very nice outdoors cauldron area for creating potions! Very nice furnishing and layout of the interior! The patterned flooring and the blue and black colour scheme is very nice . The crystals fireplace is very nice to keep Sims warm.
It is a lovely mobile home!
@Dudsnz Holy Moly that is an intense remake of that lot! It's beautiful and I can't boot up my game and put it in fast enough. It really beefs up the lot and adds life to it that it needed even if it was supposed to showcase the fairly broken off the gird lot trait.
@Taoron I love the castle feel of this build! Also such a nice addition to the magic pack we just got! I totally need to add this to my game and play around with it!
@kilra0 OMG this is so cute!! And I got Fable vibes when your character starts in the 🐸🐸🐸🐸 village. It also makes me think of fortune-tellers and nomads. I love it and makes me sad more paranormal/magical careers didn't come with the Magic pack.

I know this is not really a build, but I did want to share this with all the talented builders that post on this great thread in case anyone wants to participate. I started a challenge called Halloween Town on another thread. Here's a link to the room that has more info. All entries will be nominated for a Maxis fave.
Its been a long time since I visited the forums, and really haven't played/built much either (having some health issues). BUT, I'm getting back to playing/building again, and this is my latest project:
Row Houses inspired by the lovely Painted Ladies of San Fransisco. I've never been there, and probably never will, I don't even live in the U.S
There are 4 houses. They are pretty much furnished the same, only different colours. One house can comfortably house 4 sims (a mod for door locks would probably be a good idea ).
Gallery description: Play with more than 8 sims in a household? Well, these #Rowhouses inspired by the Painted Ladies of San Fransisco, probably have room for them all. EACH house features: 3 bedrooms, 3 and a half bathroom, kitchen, dining, living room, small study, upstairs game/family room. Enclosed garden with BBQ, seating/lounges, garden planters and some play equipment for the kids. "Simply" furnished, left some room for personal touches, like art and plants. #nomoo but I do use #altplacement . #nocc
The Row houses build is lovely! @Kathykins Very nice exterior design of the build and homes! The colours are lovely! Very nice windows and front/back steps. It is great there is a backyard area for each home for Sims to enjoy cooking and dining outdoors, doing gardening and kids will have fun playing there. Very nice furnishing and layout of the interior of the homes! The wooden flooring is nice and the floor rugs add nice touches.
I am sorry that you are having health issues I send hugs to you
