All expacs won't load in game.

I've bought them all, but showtime and university life and late night won't appear in the game. I've uninstalled and reinstalled origin and that didn't work. I've bought the expacs off g2a and origin says i own them but why won't they appear in game?

G2A is not an authorized re-seller of EA games. What tends to happen, although not always, not with every individual purchase, and not to everyone who purchases this way and gets "bad codes" meaning those for which EA was never paid due to some kind of chargeback scam on bulk purchases that G2A themselves wouldn't really know anything about, is that sometime later without warning EA blocks the games or packs from loading on their end.

The only solution is to contact EA Customer Support and ask them to investigate your account, which might take some time for them to do. They would have to remove the blocks on the EPs if they have any on their end in order for you to be able to repurchase them.

When purchasing from Origin or an authorized re-seller, one has more recourse when this kind of thing happens because these retailers are under an agreement to re-sell properly obtained codes to their customers. On G2A, the best you can hope for is a refund if you choose to pursue that with them; in theory they can provide you with new codes but they won't work while the blocks are in place and the same thing can happen later all over again.
