Perhaps review the new stuff that came with the EP that you might not already be familiar with? As far as EPs go, it's not exactly the most chock full of life and gameplay changing features. https://www.carls-sims-3-guide.com/generations
Do what each pack propose:
Have teens on a rampage pranking the neighborhood. Get one to attain various potions: either leave stink juice in a populated community area, or just mix any negative potion in a drink and leave it for unsuspective Sim to drink it.
Have children or teen bobby trap every object they can. Or have them be signed up for afterschool activity.
Upgrade a playground lots with new equipment. Such as sand pit, sea saw, hopscotch horse and spring riders.
Have teen ask an older Sim to teach them to drive. Have a parent take a toddler/baby for a stroll.
I just remembered something with Generations... last time I had a teen sim ask to be taught to drive, the mom just took off in the car and the teen stood by the road. Any idea what I'm doing wrong? I want to be able to do it in my latest save and idk what to do if it happens again.
