Very nice looking home @SweetieWright_84 That first one, especially, is just sexy as heck. (Is that doesn't get denied as a bad word) I am a sucker for Victorians and any old homes. Love it.
Hello Everyone! Here is my first build with Realm of Magic
That's a great looking house and as Rosemow noted, the interior layout really fell into place. As a builder, wow, do I feel a sense of accomplishment when that gets sorted.
Thanks, @Taoron. I do love a good Victorian house as well.
@bubbajoe621, the floor plan really did fall into place. Usually I struggle but this one was probably the easiest one I've had in a long time. I do feel a sense of accomplishment when it all comes together.

Hello SweetieWright_84 i just came across rock ridge canyon, awesome!! it comes across as homey and inviting
Thank you, glad you like it. I wasn't sure about the color scheme at first but I ended up loving how it turned out. There's just something about that little pop of green that makes it more warm and inviting, as you said. I rarely do any builds with colorful exteriors but that swatch of brick was just begging to be used. I think that may be my favorite swatch to be honest.
I'm back with another build. This build is probably the biggest one I've ever done. It has taken me weeks to finish.
Village on the Canal
Built on Von Windenburg Estate, Windenburg
This is a multi-purpose lot. It is set as a residential by default for testing.
It can also be set as the following lot types:
Restaurant
Retail: Music Store, Flower Shop, Bakery, Photography Studio (GTW), and a Clothing Store
Vet Clinic
Cafe
Library
Museum
Bar
It was inspired by a painting by Evgeny Lushpin but only loosely.
I didn't want to make this post really long so there are only 5 pics. If anyone wants to see better pictures, let me know.
Edit: I tested this in other worlds (with 64x64 lots) and it looks nice in most. It looked really good in Brindleton Bay, however it's backwards on that lot. I chose Von Windenburg Estate because it is more secluded.
Village on the Canal is a very lovely build! It is a very beautiful, special and detailed build! Very nice exterior design of the buildings and the layout of the build is very nice! It is very nice that there is a variety of types of venues and apartments there
