was that a bug? Is that normal with a high stylist badge?
My sim only has a bronze, and he gives his neighbors free makeovers. I was makeovering Meadow Thayer when a black box came up and I could change her lips, nose, eyes etc just like in CAS. I did have testingcheats enabled, but I did not select shift before giving her a makeover. It was a black screen and I couldn't see everything. I did make her already full cheeks bigger and rounder. It did modify her face.
Is it because I had testingcheats enabled? Or is this a quirk of the stylist job?

I haven't heard of the option doing that. Sounds great, though.
Exit the panel and try giving them another makeover.
