  I’m in the UK rather than Australia but according to the Sims Community it will be available and listed on the Origin store at around 9:30AM PT / 18:30 CET / 17:30 BT.
  
  That suggests that they are not adjusting for different time zones so in Australia it will be released at 2:30am on 11th of September (assuming I got my sums right)
