My WIP I'm very pleased with the roof, but struggling with the interior layout. Will have to wait until ROM is finally out anyway, so I can use all the new build/buy objects. I'll figure it out then! I'll try tinkering with the landscaping in the meantime.
My build is caleed Magic Meadows and is on the Gallery under my ID: Beckablitz
I originally built it for some fairy play hence the colour but the interior is suitable for ROM as well as a fairy. No MOO. No CC.
more in spoiler:
I also have a magical styled wedding bar: Garden wedding bar
I want to recreate my TS3 version of the Lovegood house.
I built it when The Sims 3: Supernatural came out.
It's going to be a little different in The Sims 4.
I will be replacing all the windows and doors with ones from Realm of Magic.
No spiral stairs this time, but at least custom stairs is allowing me to build it.
I still have a ways to go.
I don't have any sims that will use it right away, so there is no rush to have it done.
[Update]
I can't stop working on it.
I am having issues with the basement tool screwing up the terrain,
So I am adding on a room off the building for magical and alchemy activities. Which means a bigger lot.
I moved the lot to Forgotten Hollow. I think I like this better anyway.
I was also having issues with stacking custom stairs above two levels.
I had to figure out a workaround.
I am liking it more and more as I add more details.
I don't have any sims for this house. I think I might create a sim or two to live here and explore ROM before having my other sims use the pack.
[Update]
Another Update.
It's evolving. I'm just going to make it a much bigger place to make use of the large lot in Glimmerbrook.
It's too much Gothic/Victorian or whatever now. It will make a full Art Nouveau transformation when I get ROM.
I took a victorian house off the gallery unfurnished and turned it in to a haunted house for one of the lots in Glimmerbrook. it's dark and dingy, and just a wee bit creepy with lot traits to reflect it.
I've been building and rebuilding my Sorcerer's Tower for a couple of years now.
Still a work in progress. but this is sort of how I envisioned it. the tower has always been the focal point for the build since the top floor(s) of the tower are where my sims Kaegan and Daerick Practice magic. The "Large Cottege" Part of the house, is inspired by my Elder Scroll's Online Character's Home, The Gardner House. Where the Living room, dining room and Kaegan's Bedroom is, and on the other side of the tower is Daerick's bedroom and the kitchen.
So while I build Daerick and Kaegan are currently staying with their royal friends Castle.
(The Front of the castle isn't built yet either (Can't decide what I want) So I'm going to show the back of the castle... very far away.
Where the tower is (The East Wing) is Kaegan and Daerick's and the Mage's of Briarheart Hangout area is in the castle (The royal family had a Library built for them to practice and do research. The Knights of Briarheart Have the Feast Hall and War Room in the West Wing (Not built yet).
and the Royal Family Has the South Wing over the foyer entrance, but I can't decide what I want the front of the castle to look like either. and in the north wing (The large part of the build 3 floors combined into one room) is the throne room.
Sigh, I wish we could build instead of 4 1/2 floors above ground, we could build 5 1/2- 7 1/2 floors above ground
I'd probably have finished by now if we could.
This is the library under the tower room, Freshly built and furnished.
I'm thinking to put the cauldron in that open space where the blue carpet is. I was going to put a Portrait in the frame over the fireplace of the Mage's Club Leader, or a portrait of the King, Maybe a Mirror... But Now I think I'll replace it with shelves to store potions. Or where those two middle book shelves are I might create a potions case...
Pending on how the stained glass looks with my builds I might swap out some out. but Get together, romantic garden and Vampires, and CC are heavily influencing my builds as of now.
@RamblineRose
I use a lot of cc decor in that build by soloriya.tumblr.com Im in the process of redoing it with a basement and no cc for RoM. It's on the gallery under the name Gatekeeper's Cottage and you would need CC enabled checked to see that one.
I’m building the Halliwell Manor it’s not easy because in the series, the inside of the Manor doesn’t match the outside, both shape wise and size wise. And I still have to see how I can fit the attic. I managed to fit the basement though, it’s not the same shape but the basement door’s still in the kitchen.
I know the pack is 100% Art Nouveau, but I wanted to build the Gloomy Manor from Luigi's Mansion Dark Moon.
Except with a less crazy floor plan and 90% less hallways.
Interior is more or less finished, I hate landscaping so I won't bother before moving the house to Glimmerbrook.

So glad you shared, hope to see more builds from you some time.
This is Wychwood Cottage, ID bubbjoe62. It's one cozy room for a loner sim dedicated to his craft. Being 20x20, I will have room to build a workshop or greenhouse out back when I get ROM.

Beautiful and cozy little hut! I will download it for my nice old witch. She will only use White/good magic and heal others and have herbalism and also that cute little leafbat

Wow that's beautiful!! 🥰
Thanks for sharing the link to your gallery, I know what I'll be visiting tomorrow during my last night without RoM 😁
Thank you @SimTrippy 🥰
Love it!!
Beautiful!
Very pretty! I will be checking this out in game!
The attic is improv since I couldn't make it identical (because we don't have attics).
Sitting Room
Will you post on gallery?? I'm in love!
