@Karritz Thank you! It is looking like it will skirt the coast of Florida instead of a direct hit. This morning when I checked the eye wall is still off shore, but we will get winds and rain bands from it. Been praying hard for it to stay offshore from the other states as well.

@meerkattime Thank you! Encouraging report this morning that the eye will still be offshore. We will still be in the wind and rain bands, but, hopefully not so bad that we have to evacuate. I don't want to leave, but, I don't want to stay here by myself either. Was different when hubby was here. He could make me laugh and forget to be scared. My silly son went off to his girlfriends families lake house and left me babysitting the kitties! I'm gonna go stay with the kitties if it gets too bad on the island as my son lives off island.
Odessa looks lovely! I hope she gets some good roommates! I've never done that except at uni where it is forced on you unless you rent a house. I should do that sometime.

If I load up the game just to test something it sounds like an old creaky cantankerous 747 on take off. I only have base and 3 EP's still installed on the laptop. Duh! I'm probably gonna uninstall all but base for testing purposes to try to preserve the laptop further.

I love the attention catchers for use in different era games. That Sandy is so clever.
Miss Lemon's umbrella looks like the one I use that stay's in my car. I don't bother using a good one because most of the time when it rains here it is windy and will break the new umbrella...so I use my broken one. Looks tacky, but, it covers me and my work bag still.
The last time I played I sent Alice to practice her magic. Seems like it has been forever! I need my game fix! If she does this on the home lot the others freak and the fire department is not happy either. So, I sent her to one of the fishing ponds and no one bugs her. She can start fires and put them out with her spells until she runs out of magic. She then drinks an elixir to restore it and repeats the process.

@bekkasan , hurricane Dorian is on the news here too. I hope you'll stay safe! I'm glad you have the option to go and stay with your son's kitties.

As I said, she was very old for a dog, 23. I'd gotten her for my 13th birthday, she held on until a little less than 3 weeks after my 36th. She never was the smartest dog around but she was strong. She'd snap any metal chain, even pulled our porch steps off once. We had a boulder almost 2 ft across in our yard, I'd tie her leash to that and let her haul it around to use up some of her excess energy.
Odessa moved to a new town and a new, EA furnished house.
I guess she's feeling a bit lonely since the first thing she did was going to play with the mirror.
Time to get some roommates, and the house won't feel lonely anymore . They will help to pay the bills too!

The next day Jamie walked Megan home and was disappointed about the previous night. He was angry at how Anna would always find someone better than him and then rub his face in it. Megan was not happy either but she had seen it coming. She decided to ring Tammy to see how she was and they spoke on the phone for a while.
'I think that it was really selfish of Anna to invite Tony over,' agreed Tammy down the phone 'at least it goes to show what she is really like,'
'I am annoyed at her,' said Megan 'she hardly ever spoke to me all night and earlier when we left she was still asleep,'
Megan asked Tammy how her night at the cinema had gone with Simon.
'It was really nice,' said Tammy 'we watched a horror film and he let me hide behind him,'
'Have you kissed him yet?' Megan asked.
'Not yet,' replied Tammy 'but he kissed me head when we had a cuddle,'
'Are you seeing him again?'
'I have asked my Mum if he can come round one afternoon next week and she said that he can,' replied Tammy 'he is going to meet me from the pet shop on Tuesday,'
'Do you think that something might happen with you both?'
'I am not sure,' said Tammy 'I think he likes me though as he is kind to me,'
'Do you like him?' Megan asked.
'I do,' replied Tammy 'I have been happier since we started talking but I don't want to rush into anything,'
Tammy had suggested that Megan and Jamie meet up with her and Simon another time that week. It was the last week of term before half term although students on placement would still attend their work placements during the week.

'I am not sure if Jamie would be ready to meet someone else,' replied Megan.
'Well you could just recommend that we all meet up just as the four of us,' said Tammy 'I would think that you would get along well,'
I added World Adventures last night, just for the tiberium and everything seemed to work still. I didn't end up playing the Hank and Ava save yesterday, although I still have some updates to share. I ended up creating a fairy, witch, vampire, werewolf household and so far the fairy and the vampire are falling in love with each other. I'll post the Goddard update and do feedback here pretty soon, just got to finish a couple things.
Hank collected the mail and got another gift that was sold for money.
With the weather always being nice outside due to not having Seasons installed, Hank can play his guitar outside to practice. I think he needs one more level before he can play for tips.
Ava got finished eating and bathing then found Hank outside. She told him that they were expecting a baby in the next couple of days. Hank was pretty excited about this.
Jogging sure is easy to do when your wife gives you fairy dust. Hank still has two bottles left.
Ava was a couple acquaintances short of 25 so I had her talk to a few people, including Claire Ursine. Today wasn't very exciting so apparently I didn't take many photos. I'll post the longer update a bit later.
The Beachfront Café is the hotspot for the day, so Poirot and his friends decide to spend their Leisure Day there. If the rain stops, the beach is just a few steps away!
Hastings is delighted to meet his coworker Hector Thebe there. Anyone working in the military is by definition a splendid fellow!
Poirot and Miss Lemon get acquainted with Consort and Contessa Capp.
"I can't wait to learn to fly an airplane!" Hastings is saying, to Hector's approval.
Meanwhile, Poirot is telling Consort about the murders he solved.
The rain slows down a little, but doesn't stop.
Down by the pier, a singer is performing for tips.
Bathing in the ocean seems out of question, so the three settle for a scenic stroll up and down the pier.
Poirot's alert eye notices a suspicious-looking lady walking down the pier. The criminals of Roaring Heights don't seem to be making much effort to blend in! It's possible their paths will cross in the future.

It's hard to believe it is that old already. I only started playing it in 2017 as when I originally had the game I didn't have any expansions. It was one of my favorites when I first got it, especially when I learned about tiberium. That is one useful little gem.

I have another shell house I worked on a few days ago; this yellow house pictures here. I have two more houses to work on, then I will do the yards, then work in the interiors. Then I will make the families themselves and start playing. I don't have as much free-time to be playing as much as I used to, unfortunately.
