I play on Ultra, Fullscreen 1980 x 1080 144hz. Windowed Fullscreen is used only if I need to copy things over from another image for CAS in order to create lookalikes, similars or remastered Sims.
I play with mixture of high and ultra. I have a gaming laptop and I can play on ultra, but I get some lag with it and I prefer smoother gaming experience, especially when I can't see much difference with high and ultra.
Sims 4 isn't the only game I play on the PC, so I built a computer that's meant for maxing out AAA games being released today. So naturally Sims 4 is one of those games that get maxed out.
*waves from a Mac Air laptop* I wish putting the settings any higher wouldn't make it freak out. Then again, I play while also running other things on the laptop at the same time (browser, chat apps, etc)
I have a gaming laptop I saved for a long time for. When I finally had the money they had a sale so I paid a bit less. I love playing with high graphics.
I would love higher settings, but my laptop was never meant for serious gaming, so I keep the settings at the highest I can go. I want to get a better computer so I can also play other games, but not possible right now.

Love the graphics in Sims 4.

Edit: Just tried Ultra, and I am never, ever doing that again. The game didn't crash, but the LAG!
