    I start with:
    Asia stuff pack (could be Japan, China, Russia, india, one of the many countries in the Asian continent can be chosen to make an Asian pack)

      (Get) Beautiful :p Beauty saloon, skincare, beard shaving, nails (!), Sims walking around with one of those bath caps for hair treatment and clay mask on their faces :D

      Death Stuff :D lots of new ways to kill off your sims, with a new lot type 'graveyard' and new party type 'funeral'.

      A Freetime style stuff pack with all sorts of new hobby-related objects. New sports equipment for games such as football/volleyball/tennis/etc., kitchen items for new recipes such as juicers or updated versions of existing objects, all sorts of items you can use to craft new things... and so on!

      Hobbies - Introduces a couple new hobbies like sewing or scrap booking and furniture to build your own crafting room. New event: crafting party.

      Jamming Out Stuff Pack ~ adds a singer career, more instruments (where are the drums???), concerts, etc.

      Kingdom stuff pack: contains cas and biild/ buy stuff for royal sims to use with Princess Cordelia - perfect opportunity to add horses as royal are usually horse crazy.

      mmechanic stuff: fix up / work on cars, build handiness skills in a new way, make electronic projects and objects culminating in simbots

      Neon Stuff: 70s/80s CAS and Build/Buy including blacklight posters and neon green high heels.

      Otherworldly Stuff: sci fi and fantasy-themed things, more BB items that fit the Sixam and Sylvan Grove aesthetics, expanded occult CAS stuff (including spellcasters), and others that fit the general look.

      Picnic stuff - plenty of cas and build/buy items for picnicing eg. blankets, baskets, hats and clothing (for all ages not just young aduults) a basket that works like the cooler but for picnic food, park games for the family to enjoy eg. frisbee, baseball, soccer or cricket (something for our sims to do together.) a picnic party event

      Quartet stuff pack with new instruments such as drums, base, flute etc. Can play various instruments in groups of 4 or less. Singing would be good in this pack as well.

      Robot Stuff - Build your own robot or play as one. Clothing and furniture are steam punk themed.

      Stylin' Stuff --- Introduces the fashion designer and model careers, as well as tons of new hair, clothes, and shoes for ALL ages.

      Twenties Stuff Pack Take your Sims back to the Roaring 1920's with the Charleston and Jazz, blues and ragtime music with 20's decor and objects, costumes for the gangsters, their molls and the glamorous dames of the day.

      Ugly stuff: Stained/torn clothing, new CAS options for bigger buck teeth and other less common looks, dented objects, broken vases, etc.

      Elder Stuff Pack: Your sims has retired now what? Well maybe they don't want to retire but would work part time so lets open the jobs we have to part time for our elders. Elders should be able to baby sit their grand-sims. A family reunion option because we are getting older and would like to see more of our families, cousins, etc. Hobbies for elders golf, sewing, maybe even a hobby farm. Oh, my aching bones we need at least canes to assist when that back or hip goes out.

      Vintage Stuff - Decorate your sims houses in old antique style furniture and decor.

      Water Stuff: Houseboats you can live on on the canals, lakes or sea, boats for two, motor boats for the family, more diving options, more large fish to catch, fishing from the boat, more swimsuits and treasure to find underwater.......... plus deeper and more dangerous seas for snorkling or diving!
