My sims family the Montoyas aren't comfortable in Twinbrook anymore. They're looking to get a fresh start.
Valentina is a singer who's looking to find somewhere for gigs. She's just had one baby and just went through a divorce. She's hoping to get away from the drama and find someone new.
Her sister, Juliette, is getting married before the family moves. She currently works as a day care and hopes to become a Private Investigator when the time comes.
I have to find somewhere where there's a cheap nice house for 3 sims and a baby, 4 if Valentina finds a bf there. They aren't making much money yet. I was going to keep my game "kaching" and "motherlode" free and am saving Valentina's LHP up for Inheritance, but if the family gets too stressed I'm willing to do it (I'll just say it was a loan... lol. From the Lotso's [Who are the family who sent Aleah's Imaginary Friend])
I didn't vote, and I only know Sunset Valley, Twinbrook and Bridgeport from the choices. Instead of motherlode etc., going to university or playing the guitar in Bridgeport are obvious choices for cheesing your way to your first mansion.
Because you have a sim in the singing career I voted Starlight Shores but whenever you play I would edit the town. Starlight Shores has too many venues, IMO, so I would remove and/or alter a few. The other towns I would add some or if EA sticks venues in then edit to get the ones I want.
I'm going to give this poll a couple days. I need to get inheritance or a nice paycheck before I can move them... my next poll will likely be choosing a new bf for Valentina because Starlight Shores doesn't have a lot of options.
Well i would choose something not on the list just for kicks...how about Emporda! Ijust startded playing in a modified version and its great ! lots of venues for a singer too! ....otherwise id have to pick a tie between staying in Twinbrook or Starlight Shores!
@bekkasan Going by my own set of rules. Which the only one I set was NO motherlode or kaching. But if I made a bf for her it'd be like just making her perfect dream date. Which nobody's perfect. I'd rather have her find one.
@rubyskywalker I'm voting for Starlight Shores too as it sounds like the perfect place for Valentina
You don't need to sign up to postimages to be able to get a link. See here, I have dragged an image onto the website. It finishes uploading and gives me a list of links. You want the second one that says Direct Link. Click that blue button on the right which copies it. Then go back here, at the top of the text box you will see a little icon of a photo asking for Image URL. Click that and paste the link there. It should have the link with [ img ] and [ /img ] minus the spaces at the ends. That is how your images will show up
But I suggest getting an account anyway so you can go back and find your picture links if you need to.
Edit: I will note that if you upload 2 or more images this screen will look slightly different. It will ask you what code you want, originally it will be set to Thumbnail for forums but you want to select Direct Link. Copy all of the links and paste it here like I said above. When I upload multiple images I find it easier to type [ img ] and [ /img] (without the spaces) myself.

But I've never played in that world so I'm not familiar with it...
And that's why I went with the next best place for a rising star: Bridgeport.

Do you have a tutorial for posting images here using postimage? I like it but don't know how to make them appear and don't wanna sign up.
