Where is my Katy Perry collectors edition store content gone?

My Katy Perry collectors showtime store stuff has gone missing from my game was there yesterday and today when I started the game it was gone. Looked at my in game download dashboard and it says it is installed also missing my Iams pet stuff too yet again says it is installed. I’m am totally puzzled by this all I want to do is play my game with the stuff I bought

If you have less, but still a lot; install worlds first, one by one, and then venues the same and then smaller items, not too many at a time.
