@Me1620 I had the same experience. I wanted to add a few extra lots to some map where there was space, but I couldn't event get the roads to work, and I had no interest in the Sims walking from the nearest road to properties in the new area. I don't think this is the reason that the area was left unused by EA, but simply my lack of experience with the tools. And my lack of interest in pursuing it further.

Finally, yesterday and today have been much milder while still being warm. Well, I say "today" but it is still morning. We shall see. But at least I have a few hours. Oh, and I did spend a couple hours yesterday floating on the river on an air mattress. That was very nice. My summer has been very chaotic, so it was nice to finally relax and enjoy the season.
For creating roads, turn off the grid and try to level the road. 3 is maybe too much better 1 or 2 for the side.
Creating a custom road with textures from the eps is stil not easy for me too.

I was in a somewhat similar situation. And when we hit the 30°C at night (85 to 90°F I believe), my mom invited me over as I don't have A/C and she does. I really don't like staying back at her place as it sparks the "mommy's boy" kind of rumours. It was especially excruciating as I resumed working at her law firm for a couple weeks, so everyone knew it.

@goodFeel93 Yeah, I had that counter infect my system just before I posted a bunch of builds. I had to pull them all down and put up warnings in my thread to my followers. I included the links to the clean up process. The nasty thing about that one is how it attaches itself to non-CC builds. It's easy enough to clean out before posting to most sites, but there is no way of preventing it from attaching itself when posting to the Studio, except to purge it completely from the system. It was very frustrating.
I love CC, but am very wary of it now because of that experience.

@Me1620 I had the same experience. I wanted to add a few extra lots to some map where there was space, but I couldn't event get the roads to work, and I had no interest in the Sims walking from the nearest road to properties in the new area. I don't think this is the reason that the area was left unused by EA, but simply my lack of experience with the tools. And my lack of interest in pursuing it further.
@Lexers615 It has been quite hot here also. Which has caused me to resorting to air conditioning quite often, both while home and in my car. I much prefer fresh air and so this is not my favorite option. Especially while sleeping.
Finally, yesterday and today have been much milder while still being warm. Well, I say "today" but it is still morning. We shall see. But at least I have a few hours. Oh, and I did spend a couple hours yesterday floating on the river on an air mattress. That was very nice. My summer has been very chaotic, so it was nice to finally relax and enjoy the season.
