Gunther brought his family from the old country when his son, Mortimer, was just a lad. Having amassed quite a fortune, he is founding father of the neighborhood. Also, Cornelia is the foudner of the Sim CIty Bridge Society and enjoys high tea and phrenology. She is thankful to have her granddaughter, Cassandra, so nearby. Mortimer's aristocratic parents love their cats. Hecuba thinks herself very important and thinks her twin brother is not as cute as she is, but Menelaus don't have time for it.
This one i uploaded a while ago in MTS. Its a project i started for the 20th anniversary of Sims that i'm simply calling "Sims 1" project, where i'll be recreating all Sims 1 families + their houses, the townies, the houses and families/townies from Sims 1 Console as well as the DS Sims 1 families/townies and houses. But i was also planning to add families from different games (i'll include sims 4 ones too). The next one is perfect, there is a house in SIms 1 called Mango Manor, and in Sims 3 there is a military family called Mango, then i decided to remake them how they would be in Sims 1 timeline (age, jobs, relationships, etc...).
@Hestia I'm glad you mic and headphone arrived! I can't wait to watch you, i mentioned interest in gameplay, but i am down for Sims 3 to Sims 4 CAS/Build mode too!
I love those cats, btw... Don't know why, but i always played with that elderly couple when i was a kid hahahaha You can use my version of them, you just need to delete Gunther and Cornelia.

@Hestia yes, i did! Its pretty much exactly like in SIms 1, except we don't have spiral stairs, and i also added some landscaping on the left side of the lot where would be empty (the lot is a little bigger than the one in Sims 1 was.
There is an easter egg in the house pictures... My precious Bella crying in the graveyard haha

I'll say one thing about the EA homes in the past, some of them are pretty interesting and inventive. Pity they are mostly all too big for the darn sims 4 Lot sizes.

I believe that the hosues in SIms 3 are interesting looking cuz each world they took a certain decade's architectural style. Sunset Valley is pretty much filled with 70's houses.

@Hestia i thought that Dina and Nina were supposed to be younger than Bella and Mortimer, no? Like, its implied in Sims 2 that Dina and Bella's brother had a "sugar" relationship (if you know what i mean by "sugar"). In my mind they would be teenagers when Cassandra was a kid (around Sims 1, to be precise).
Really well done with willow creek @elanorbreton & @Hestia I love your version of Don Lothario completely authentic.. I am still bobbing in and out of the thread and enjoying this lovely theme but I am currently still working diligently on my S3 IP world as I really want it to get it finished then I may play more 4 again

There seems to be a spark going on between these two.
