A fun little beach bar and restaurant for all the family to enjoy. Dine outside either on the beach or on the deck which includes music or indoors by the bar. There is a small kitchen and washrooms are provided on the upper floor. A play area for the children is included plus boats to cruise around Sulani
Fishtails is a very lovely tropical island bar and restaurant! It is so very restful, cheerful and colourful! Very nice design and layout of the venue! Very nice exterior of the venue building , and the weathered exterior texture and colours are very nice! The flowers look pretty on the exterior and the strings of footwear lights look great! It is very nice that sims can enjoy dining outside on the deck at the colourfully patterned picnic tables, or enjoy eating meals at the umbrella covered tables on the beach. The variety of colours of the chairs and umbrellas is very lovely! The candles are a nice touch on the table tops through the build. Sims will enjoy using the boat vehicles, and like collecting fish from the fish traps. Very nice sofa seats and lounger sitting areas on the deck! Sims will enjoy sitting there having a drink from the drinks tray and looking out at the sea views. They will enjoy playing or listening to the keyboard and guitar music. Kids will have fun playing on the pirate ship.. Very nice furnishing of the interior! It looks very nice the way the bar area has been set up, and that there are dining tables and chair on the edges of the interior for Sims to enjoy looking out the open windows when dinning, The wicker texture of the dining seats through the build is very nice. Sims will enjoy sitting on the stools at the bar having a drink. Very nice kitchen area! The stone wall texture gives a great look to the area! The saucepans, dish rack, wall utensils and knives are great kitchen touches.
It is a lovely tropical venue for dining and a drink with family and friends!

@masajo, Fishtails is such great looking restaurant/bar for the beach. Love all the colorful details, especially the colorful dining sets sitting out on the sand. Very cute!! Love it!

Ixora is a contemporary toddler friendly home built in Magnolia Promenade for @SimAlexandria a DNA request. There are three bedrooms, one bathroom, open plan living areas, home gym, games room, laundry and art studio. Rear garden includes swimming pool, patio and bbq dining
Ixora is a lovely contemporary modern home! Very nice exterior design, wooden and stone textured walls, and the three levels of windows looks great! The outdoors areas are very nice! Very nice water fountain feature in the front garden and the stepping stones pathway is very nice. The flowers near the entrance are pretty for Sims to see as they enter the home and the stone floor texture of the front entry area is very nice. Very nice backyard area! Sims will enjoy swimming in the pool or resting on the floater in the water. The candles are pretty in the water and on the pool edge. The flower lamp tree is very nice, They will enjoy cooking on the bbq and eating meals at the umbrella covered table in the sunshine. Nice upper balcony area for Sims to enjoy playing chess. Very nice furnishing and layout of the interior! The colour schemes of the rooms are very nice! The Lobby entrance area is very nice. The yellow and white sofa and pretty flowers on the side table are very nice! Very nice gym room for Sims to enjoy using the fitness equipment that are in the corner nooks. They will have lots of fun enjoying playing the games in the games room, and enjoy a drink from the bar. Very nice open plan layout of the kitchen, living and dining areas. The furnishing of the areas are very stylishly nice. Very nice loft room! Sims will enjoy using the video station and music mixing tables there, or enjoy using the computer. It is great that there is a bed area nook. It is very nice that there is an art studio for Sims to enjoy painting on the easel. Very nice furnishing of and colours of the bedrooms! The toddlers room is cute! The dragon and dinosaur are great in the room!
