    I am fixing to make two sims that are basically ranch hands and work with cattle and on a farm...but of course TS4 don't have anything like this...so...

      i think "My first farm animal" by kawaiistacie is the closest mod that i know of that fit your description. I can't post any links but you could search it on google easily :)
