I'm a skinwalker.
In the Navajo culture, a skinwalker is a type of harmful witch who has the ability to turn into, possess, or disguise themselves as an animal. They are most frequently seen as coyotes, wolves, foxes, eagles, owls or crows. Some can also “steal” the faces of different people, and could appear as someone you know.
If their other powers weren’t enough, Skinwalkers are also said to be able to run incredibly long distances — some say over 200 miles in one evening. Skinwalkers have a tendency to hang around graveyards and can dig up graves at an impossibly fast speed.
Hey, friend, let's talk for a moment. It's great that you're a shapeshifter and everything, very splendid and a little disconcerting. However, if you received this result, I am a little worried about you. I understand, crows are great and the change of form is also great ... sometimes. However, skinwalkers are not very- welcomed in society. I'm not saying that shapeshifters are accepted by society, I just thought to let you know that skinwalkers are a bit dreaded and feared by most people. But, you do you and do not let me tell you otherwise. I'm sure there are many ... people (?) like you out there. Go get 'em.

I got Kitsune. Couldn't copy it
I wrote it out. I didn’t have anything else to do with my life, so I did it to kill some time.
I'm still having random moments of shortness of breath, but i've noticed now my heart rate is being weird. At the moment it feels normal, but sometimes i'm noticing it becomes heavier and/or faster. It sped up in the shower and when i tried to calculate it it came up as 180 BPM (which might have been a miscalculation, but concerning to me nonetheless).
This doesn't feel like anxiety or a panic attack and it's happening when i'm resting. I have no idea if this is normal or if i should try and convince my parents to take me to the doctors or whatever? (which probably won't help since doctors don't seem to believe people my age can have these kinds of problems )

Nothing you have described couldn't be attributed to panic attacks. You can have panic attacks even when you're resting.

It's happening completely randomly though, and multiple times a day. That can't be normal. It never happened for me.

Why do you feel that it happening randomly and multiple times a day would indicate that it's not normal? You have never addressed your anxiety and it could be getting worse, which would explain why it's never happened to you before but it is now.
That being said, anxiety is not good for your body, and if it's getting even worse, it needs to be addressed. A doctor would be able to properly diagnose the issues and refer you to a specialist, whether it be a cardiologist or counselor.

I rarely have panic/anxiety attacks at random times. 99% of the time they are prompted by prior anxiety, even if by small things. So it's just... weird and scary to me
Me spending time on the Gen Disc section to complain about the latest patch and to argue with anyone who disagrees with me.
what don't you like about it?
I don't like how they're taking out some of the CAS stuff from packs and putting it in the base game and just giving us extra swatches and dare call it new content.
Also, some people are saying there's nothing wrong with the current loading screens and that the complainers are just whining. 🙄
yo, I thought massages were supposed to be relaxing??? Cuz I just had my first massage and nearly barfed from the pain.
No, it's not. That's why I hate them. They really be sucking out your soul.
my back actually hurts now. is that normal?
It's supposed to feel achy but don't go by me, I don't do massages a lot. I don't even like people giving me a gentle back rub. I don't like people touching me. 😂

I completely regret this.
Maybe doing some stretching may help. I guess your body was really tense so the massage hurt more? (I don't know much about this type of stuff)

According to Google, I need to drink lots of water to make sure to flush out all the released *basic white girl voice* tOXiAnS.

I mean, drinking enough water would probably help your kidneys and liver work better, but I know that's not what you mean.

Dang, is it bad or could still be treated?

You gotta use the lasso tool if the background is very complicated or has more than 1 color.

Wait, people think massages release "toxins?"
