there's also the one from the programming freelance path, that enables them to overclock a computer for a short period of time (with a cooldown)
and, i dunno how you want to count this, but there's technically one from mixology, too. though it's easy to miss, as there's only a chance you'll get it... a chance card that only shows up at level 9 of the mixology career and, if the person selling the book isn't a fake, it rewards the sim with a new drink (they actually learn a hidden trait that enables them to make the drink no matter what career they go into then)
i know it's weird, in that it's a hidden trait, super easy to miss, but the drink is probably one of the most powerful things ever, since it has the sim that drinks it learn skills 4x faster (...that stacks with all the other learning boosts...) so is a crazy powerful thing to have in a sim's arsenal, esp for teaching others in the household
