Tiny Living Furniture (ex loft beds) Ideas welcomed

The game is expanding in many ways but the furniture remains the same (size).
It would be convenient if furniture had multi functions.
One of the biggest problem I have always seen is sleeping arrangements as an example. However how cool would it be if items could be added to every basic room to allow builds to be more compact.

1 Bunk beds Loft beds (with and without the bottom bed)
2 All in one Washer and dryer (they do exist)
3 Half stove top using half a counter allowing prep or placement of kitchen items
4 Half sink using half a counter allowing prep or placement of kitchen items
5A mini fridge which can be placed in a counter so theres counter space on top.
5B (or with sink and mini stove on top perfect all in one function)
6 Spiral stair case
7 wall beds Murphy bed (twin and full)
8 sofa beds (pull outs)
9 book shelf doors
10 two tile all in one hot tub/ bathing tub
11 staircase all in one dresser book case mini desk staircase all in one
12 wall microwave

I am sure there are many more ideas...
What do you think and what would you love to make into an All in one.

    I can get behind that.
Before you ask, please consider how futile the question is.

    ladder stairs
portable tub (could go with off grid too)
    microwave+oven combo
mattress on floor (just because it cute)
    bed+storage (clothes or something?)
portable mini fridges (like those really small ones)

would also love split levels because lots of tiny houses have those and it adds sort of separation

Absolutely! It would make living in small apartments feel so real. I’ve been missing Murphy beds and spiral staircases so bad.

Things I'd *love* to see in this way:
    - bunk beds
    - loft beds with space underneath that other furniture works in without MOO
    - stairs that you can use the space underneath with
    - ladders
    - spiral staircases
    - end tables that are also dressers
    - one-tile closets
    - Murphy beds
    - the same, but desks
    - day beds
    - trundle beds

I don't have any ideas at the moment but I would absolutely love a tiny living furniture pack.
It's kind of sad that I have to point out that anything I say is only just my opinion and may be a different one from someone else.

I love the ideas in this thread. I think a normal sized telescope that fits on a balcony would fit in with this pack.

This was one of the themes for the now Laundry Day SP.

They even made some concept arts:

I wish they hadn't abandoned the idea.

I'd like more all in one objects too.
    • Book stacks clutter décor updated to work as bookcases
    • Clothes stacks and wall pegs/hat stand to work as dressers
    • Decór hallway coat storage units to do triple duty as a bench, dresser and umbrella stand
    • Separate hob/stove top that can be placed over another counter-fitted appliance (wouldn't have oven recipes available)
    • Toaster oven for counter (can cook oven recipes, but not hob ones)
    • An old fashioned pot-belly stove that functions as a fireplace and a stove (modern variant too would be nice)
    • Under-counter fridge (this is the type I grew up with)
    • Sofa beds and J/Z-beds (these fold up and work as a hallway/console table when not in use.
    • Ability to place more things on shelves and console tables (specifically TVs/stereos) as these surfaces save space
    • Sectional seating with new sections like sofa beds, recliners and storage (storage chests/dressers/bookshelves}

I miss the tiny telescopes. I miss having them on my decks

I hate large dressers and large closets too (in game lol)

They are from Maxis. They did a bunch when we picked the theme for the community SP which turned out to be Laundry Day.

I hope tiny/small furniture will come with a university EP.

It's great for dorms or starter homes.

I like the idea OP. I think it would be fun to really be able to design those tiny houses to look like the real ones. I also would like to see some shipping container looking siding.

I wish hampers can be placed under things. There's a perfect sink which the hampers fit perfectly but the sims cannot use them. Being able to place it under tables or sinks would save us space.

I loved some of these in S3. Would love the wall, sofa, matress, and bunk beds. Would also like hammocks, newspaper bed, flat box bed, and leaves bed in green and brown. Maybe another sleeping bag. Mini fridge, a two eye for countertops for cooking, can't remember if we got a new mini tv with one of the last packs, the all in one bathroom stall from S3, and a portable potty that looks like toddler sims' potty, but larger. Cheap wood hampers and mini trash cans. The idea of stairs with built-in book case and desk for computer would be awesome and a desk/ book case combo.

There is a one tile desk available with the City Living expansion. I'd also love a study station that was a desk and bookshelf in one.

True ladder staircases would be awesome. I've been really into building tiny houses and I hate that you can't make little loft spaces like a real tiny house would have. It'd also be nice to have a working futon that could be a couch or bed. It would be nice to have the option of mounting microwaves above the stoves in kitchen to maximize space, too.
